Warm Up

  • BW (Bodyweight) Squats 10 Times
  • Walking Lunges for 15 per Leg
  • Pushups for 10-12 Reps
  • Jumping Jacks 20 Reps
  • Repeat One More Time

Workout

Note: Do each exercise for 30 seconds per movement

  • BW Squats
  • Pushups
  • SB Hammer Curls at a fast tempo
  • Plank
  • Split Squats for 30 Seconds per Side
  • Chair Dips
  • SB Rows
  • Side Planks for 30 Seconds per Side
  • Burpees
  • Close Grip Pushups
  • SB Pull Aparts
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Rest for 1 minute then repeat 2 more times
